About me

 I’m a workforce coordinator who has managed the workforce to cover shifts across the UK for 4-5 years. In my position, I’ve had to work closely with all levels of management, from executives to front-line supervisors and managers.

 

I have a strong background in scheduling employees, creating schedules that meet the needs of both managers and workers alike. I also have experience with employee training and development, having developed a number of programs that have improved employee retention and productivity.

 

When I am not being a workforce rockstar, I love travelling around the world
