As an healthcare recruiter, I love helping companies find their perfect employees, but I also love helping job seekers connect with their dream jobs. It’s incredibly rewarding when someone finds a position that’s a perfect fit for them, and it’s even more rewarding when they get that position thanks to my help. When it comes to recruiting, there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all—every company is unique, and every employee is unique too. That’s why I enjoy working with both sides of the equation—clients, candidates, and candidates’ references—to ensure that we’re all on the same page about what makes an ideal candidate for a position and how best to communicate that information to each other so we can make informed decisions about who will be hired into that role.

When I a not working as an healthcare recruiter, like to spend my spare time with my daughter, going on trips and socialising with friends. I also have a children’s clothing brand. I spend most of my time working on that.
